What we watch
- A first sample before the series costs one part and saves a series in the wrong size.
- Several different parts in one order share base fee and shipping.
- Fix colour and material for the whole series; a change mid-series costs time.
Common questions
When does injection moulding pay off?
Roughly from 1,000 pieces of one part when the tool costs €2,000–8,000. Below that, 3D printing without tooling is almost always cheaper.
Are all parts identical?
Yes, same file, same profile, same machine. Tolerance ±0.2 mm across the series.
Can I order on invoice?
Companies from the second order with 30-day terms, schools and public institutions from the first.
