What we watch
- For drilling jigs we fit steel bushings so the hole stays accurate after 500 holes.
- Nests up to 320 mm print in one piece, larger ones split with dowel pins.
- Send STEP straight from Fusion, SolidWorks or Inventor; the calculator reads it.

Standard: dispatched in 1 working day, express same day, urgent delivered in 2 days. Pickup in Berlin often next day.
How accurate are the jigs?
±0.2 mm as printed; mating faces and holes are finished on request, with steel bushings for drilling jigs.
Can you deliver 20 at once?
Yes, volume pricing in the calculator from 5 pieces, up to −15 % from 25. Reorder for six months without a new upload.
Recommended settings
- Material
- PLA-CF for stiff gauges, PLA for nests and inserts, PETG for gripper jaws, TPU as soft jaws
- Layer height
- 0.16 mm for mating faces, 0.20 mm otherwise
- Infill
- 50 % for gauges, 100 % for wearing stops
- Tolerance
- ±0.2 mm; we ream location holes to H7 on request
- Marking
- Raised part number and revision from 1.2 mm stroke width
