What we watch
- Model M3 clearance holes at 3.4 mm, insert holes at 4.0 mm; we press in brass inserts on request.
- Snap fits 1.2 mm thick with 0.3 mm undercut last in PETG.
- Make cable openings slots, not circles, so the plug fits even at 0.2 mm deviation.
Common questions
Are the enclosures waterproof?
With 2 mm walls and 100 % infill around the lid they are splash-proof; for IP65 we add a TPU gasket in a groove.
Can you fit threaded inserts?
Yes, M2 to M6 brass inserts, on request in the notes field.
Which colour for electronics housings?
Black and grey from stock in PETG and ASA; transparent PETG for windows.
